-Sustainexistedproductioncellstodeliverproductsontime&inhigh-levelquality.

-Transfernewproductsintomassproduction.

-DevelopnewprocesswithfullyconsideringP-FMEA,processcontrol,capacity,quality,linebalancingandsafety.

-Design,buildandverifynewmachines,fixtures,jigsetc.togetherwithequipmentsuppliers.

-Create,maintainandupdateflowchart,SOP,specification,checklistetc.tostandardizeoperations.

-Guideandtrainoperatorstofollowstandardprocedures.

-AnalyzeandresolvequalityproblemstogetherwithQualityteamandmaintenanceteam.

-Planandimplementprojectstooptimizeprocess,machines,fixturesandlayouttoenhanceproductivityandoutputbasingonLEANthoughts.

-Planandimplementautomatizationtechniquesinproductionprocess.

Skills/experiencerequirements:

-EducationinEngineering(electronic,mechanical,electrical,automationorrelated).Bachelordegreeorabove.

-Minimum5yearexperienceofproductionengineering.

-Projectmanagementexperienceandskillsispreferred.

-Sixsigmaknowledge(greenorblackbelt)ispreferred.

-Knowledgeandexperienceinautomatizationispreferred.

-FluentinverbalandwrittenEnglish.
