•Education

-Universitydegreeinautomotiveormechanicalengineering

•Experience

-Fluentwritten/spokenEnglish,fluentwritten/spokenGerman,fluent

knowledgeinChinesehelpful

-Deepknowledgeonbatterysystemdesign,validationandvehicleintegration

-Computerskills,calibration,simulation,CADreview,officeapplications

-Communicationskillswithvarioushierarchylevelsanddifferentcultural

Taskdescription

•ConceptDefinition

-Drivethelocalseries-developmentactivitiesatRDChinatodevelopaHV

Batterytocomplywithlocalrangeregulationsandstandardsinalignmentwith

RD/EandAccumotive.

-Createacomponentspecificationandalignwithpotentialsuppliers.

-Definetheprojecttimelineforapotentialdevelopmentphaseineachphase

oftheproject.

-Identifyandevaluateinternalandexternalpartnersforthedevelopment.

•SupplierContactandCoordination

-Contactrelevantsuppliersandengineeringserviceprovidersforthe

developmentandtesting.

-Createnecessarydocumentationforprojectordering.

-Trackandevaluatetheworkperformed.

•InternalCoordination

-AligntheworkscopeandresultsateachrelevantphasewithinRDChinaand

MBC/RD.

-Worktogetherwithcross-functionaldepartmentslikeproductplanning,

qualityandlogistics,setupprojectmilestonesaswellascoordinate

activitiestopursuetighttimeschedules.

•Reporting

-Preparethenecessarymaterialstoreportthefindingsoftheconceptphase

atRDChinainternalreviewsaswellasManagementreviewswithinMBC.

-Alignandpresentthematerialstoallrelevantparties.
