1)PCBdesignlayoutreviewknowledge,understandingofthedesignformanufacturingguidelines

2)ExposureinPCBdesigntoolslikeCadence,Zunken,orMentorGraphics

3)ExperienceinLabviewprogramforthetesterdesigninneeded

4)ExperienceinPCBandPCBAmanufacturingprocesses

5)GoodSolderingknowledgeandskill

6)GoodunderstandingoftheElectricalcomponentstandard

7)GoodunderstandingoftheconnectivityprotocolusingLIN(UART)orCANBus

8)KnowledgeonCprogrammingispreferredinthemodifyofsimpleprogram

9)UnderstandingofJTAGinterfaceandprogramsetupforconnectivityandfunctionaltesting.

10)UnderstandingofESDcontrolrequirementfortheproductionline.

Requirement:

1)HigherrequestonPCBAsolderingqualitystandardfromourcustomer

2)IncreasingdemandofPCBtechnologiesinourmotordesign

3)Aneedtorelookatourmanual,autoandlasersolderingandinspectionprocesslikemagnifyingglassormicroscope,CTscanandXrayequipment

Toworkoutmorestandardoperationprocessforongoingauditandinspectionoftheproductandproductionlinecontrolplanandparameterandenvironmentalmonitoring.

4)MeetingthefuturerequirementofsmartmotorandincreasingcustomerdemandonPCBAsolderingandcontrol
