DevelopandexecutetheindirectsalesstrategywithPartnersintheassignedterritory;
DevelopPartnerstobeautonomoussellingDSSolutionsintheassignedterritory;
DrivethetransformationtoachievetheMidTermGrowthPlan;
EstablishtrustedrelationshipswithassignedPartnersandactastheirDSfocalpoint;

•AssistthePartnersinimprovingtheirbusinessoperationsmodel
•DrivewithPartnerstheirstrategicsalesprogrambasedonthe“whattosell”basedonthesourcingplan
•ProvidesupporttoextendDSfootprint,upsellandcross-sellwhileanimatingthedifferentpromotions
•EngageinkeyopportunitieswiththePartnerprovidingBrands&Industriesexpertiseandsupport
•Identifykeycustomerstoaddressthemthroughanadaptedstrategicsalesplans
•DefinechallengingCustomerCoveragetargetandcorrespondingactionstobeimplemented
•DevelopactionplanswithPartnerstodeploynew,customer-focusedDSsolutions
•Ensuretolaunchtransitionplanfornewreleases
•SupportPartnersinmanagingsalesandtechnicalcapacityandaccurateskills
•FollowuponthetopicandreviewPartnercommitmentonaregularlyfixedmeetings
•CoachPartnersthroughalltheLEVERAGEcyclefromdemandcreation,ValueExperienceRoadmapdefinitiontoclosing.
•Buildtoensuresalespipelineon3rollingquarters
•SupportPartnerinco-marketingactivities,motivateallkindofmarketingactivitiesneededtobuildappropriatepipelinealignedwiththedefinedsalesinitiatives
•ManageDassaultSystèmesSalesPartnerscontract(negotiation&closing),accreditationandrenewalvalidation
•PromotePLMvisiontotargetedaudiences(involvementinPartner/DSsaleseventssuchas3DExperienceForum,PLM/IndustryForum,Technicaldays,Kickoff,Seminarsetc…)
•BeinvolvedasearlyaspossibleinnewPartneronboardingphase
•ManagenewPartnerrampuponyourterritory
•ManageForecastandpipelineKPIsincludingfollowingquarterspipelinethrough4rollingquarterscadencewithPartners
•MonitorKPIsforTurnAroundTime(TAT)/SalesAcceptedLead(SAL).GetactionplanifKPIisoutofrange
•FollowuponALC/YLCrenewals
•Beengageinthegovernancemodelsforthekeycustomersonlargedeals
•CoachingpartnertoenablethemtodeliverCVM,CVR,BVAandbeabletoreplicatetheprocesses

*LevelofExperience:11to15years
