•Organizeinstallationkickoffmeetingwithallofrelevantteams(SEC/production/maintenance/EPcontractormanagementetc…projectteamandevenMMWteamiftheyareavailable)atleasttwoorthreeweeksbeforeinstallation.

•Defineinstallationarea.Andshowbigmillstones:SI;R1;RF.

•Defineinstallationcargoflowneeded.

•Defineinstallationareaisolationtype.

•Analyzeriskandimpactsolution:forexample_woodenpalletsinsideofworkshopetc.

•Answeranyshoportheotherteam’srequestaboutsafetyandsiteorganization_impactforproductionflowsafetydoubtetc.

•Affairleader:reviewreceptionprotocol(CI/R1)forproductionandmaintenanceteam.

•GEengineershouldattendalsothemeetingifwehaveimpactforproductionduringenergyconnection.Showtheshutdownneededperiodneeded.

•Actionlistduringkickoffmeetingshouldrecordedbymeetingorganizer/SEC,andshareMOMatthefirsttimeandfolloweachactionlinebeforeinstallation.ActionfollowedbyMeetingSECAffairleaderandChefdeChantier.

•DefineMDPmeetingscheduleandparticipantsduringinstallation:Maintenance/ShopBU/ShopTechnicianandSECengineersshouldbeattendit_2or3times/weekandadjustthescheduleandfrequencyaccordinginstallationorstartuprequest

•RemindinstallationareasafetyrulestogetherwithEP:FullPPEisobligatoryrequestedininstallationareauntilinstallationarea’sprotectionisolationremoved.

•Rules:beforeR1fullPPEismandatory.

•Beforeinstallation:areahandoverfromShopteamtoSEC.Documentneedtobesignedshopmanager/installationmanagerandEPcontractormanagementteamengineer.

•Afterinstallation:handoverfromSECtoworkshop:concernedpersons:SEC,ShopManagerandEP.

•PrepareshutdownrequestofSEC,attendshutdownmanagementmeeting.

•Engineer(Mec/Elec)preparepreventionplanandAuthorizationofWorkforeachsupplier

•BE&GEinternalmeetingneeded,guarantycivilandenergysupplyontimeandavoidhavingtoomanyco-activities.

•Realizeinstallationareaprotectionandputwarninglabel,installationgeneralinformation.

•Wellcommunicationwithshopteamduringwholeinstallationperiodduring

•Dailysitesupervision,focusonSafety—EnvironmentSafetyCondition/SafetyRulesfollowsituationbySub-contractors;schedule;housekeepingetc.

•Sitelogisticcoordination:loading&unloading,transportationonsite,storage.

•Chefdechantier_managealsositeequipmentstoragearea,andtemporaryofficesareasusingbysuppliers.

•ChefdechantierisinchargealsoSite“logisticCoordinatorofequipment”

•Atleasttohavebasicliftingknowledgerequested.Liftingprogramchecking,liftingoperationfollowupandbigheavypartsmovementtoinstallationarea.

•WorkingpermitvalidationinsideofinstallationareaChefdechantier

•MDPfollowupatleastbeforeR1.

•ParticipateincidentoraccidentanalyzemeetingwithEP&Engineer.

Requirement:

•在3年以上工作经验(汽车及相关行业优先)

•熟练使用计算机(Excel,Word,MS-Project)

•跨部门沟通技巧

•执行能力

•掌握基本的机械技术

•书写问题清单,并且跟踪处理
