-受理客户关于网上银行一般业务的咨询

-向客户提供标准、专业、优质的服务;

-接受7:00-00:00轮班安排;

-具备良好的英语读写能力,熟练使用办公软件及计算机操作,打字速度快.

-恪守银行业界合规要求,具备高度责任感.

-Meettargetsonproductivityandaccuracywithinstipulatedtimeframe.Instructions/requestsarecorrectlyinterpretedandfullyundertaken.Workis/tasksareprocessedinaccordancewithpoliciesandprocedures.Commonfraud/errors/irregulartransactionsareidentifiedandescalated;

-Issues/problemsareeffectivelyinvestigatedandresolvedorappropriatelyreferredwithrecommendations;

-Acquireandupdateknowledgeonproceduresrelatedtorelevantprocesses;

-Maintainequipment,systemsandgeneralworkenvironmentingoodcondition,adheringtoallappropriateprocedures;

-Alldatarequirements(timesheets,leaverequests,absencerequestsandadhocprocessinformation)iscompletedandupdatedinatimelymanner.
