1.implementingSaterisustainabilitystrategiesandpolicies;

2.coordinatingwithSateriVSFmillstowritethesustainabilityreport;

3.enhancingengagementandcommunicationswithdifferentstakeholdersincludingNGOsandcommunities;

4.participatinginthesustainabilityandCSRcertificationsandawards.

Education/Experience

1.Universitygraduate,majoringinenvironmentalmanagement,responsiblebusiness(CSR),chemicalengineering,papermakingorMBA.

2.5-10yearsofworkingexperienceinsustainabilityissuesmanagementandsustainabilitystrategiesimplementation,sustainabilityreportingand\orauditingexperienceisaplus;

3.ExtensivesuccessfulnetworkingexperiencewithdifferentstakeholdersrangingfromIndustry,GovernmenttoNGO’s,inChinaandalsowithinternationalexposure.

SpecificKnowledge/Skills

1.Excellentcommunicationsskills-apersonwithsubstanceintheareaofSustainability.AbletoinfluenceandactivelylobbyonsustainabilitymattersingovernmentandNGOs.

AREASOFRESPONSIBILITY

1.CooperatewithrelevantdepartmentsofSateriMillsandleadtheimplementationofthesustainabilitystrategiesandpolicies,forexampleSateriSustainabilityPolicyandPulpSourcingPolicy;

2.Designthesustainabilityreportingframework,cooperatewithalldepartmentsinSaterimillstocollectthedata,andpreparetheSaterisustainabilityreport;

3.Asthesubjectmatterexpert,IdentifythebestpracticecasesinSaterisustainabilityimplementationandprovidethecontenttosupportCorporateCommunicationsandcommunitydevelopmentteams;

4.Intensifyengagementwithlocal,nationalandinternationalNGOs,tradeassociationsandgovernmentagenciesonsustainabilityrelatedissues;

5.WorkwiththeCertificationteamstobethe“goto”resourcetoassistinacquiringandkeepingsustainabilityrelatedthirdpartycertificationse.g.PEFC;

6.Conducttrainingonsustainabilityissues,trendsanddevelopmentandbuildasustainabilityorientedcultureandbeadriverinimplementingsystemsandprocedurestodrivesustainabilityintheorganization;
