TheSalesEngineerisfundamentallyresponsiblefordeveloping,sustainingandgrowingbusinessinlinewiththecompany’sstrategyforincomeandimpactinthefieldofautomotivetestandmeasurement.
Therearegoodopportunitiesforupwardmobilityforthisposition.Trainingwillalsobeprovidedonthejob.

-Formulatebusinessstrategiesandbusinessdevelopment
-Managerelationshipswithclientsandstakeholders

-ReportingandCommunicationwiththeSalesDirector
Formulatebusinessstrategyandbusinessdevelopment
-Positionthebusinesstoachieveimpactandrevenuetargetsbasedonathoroughunderstandingofcrucialbusinessdrivers,themarkettrends,gapsandcompetition
-Identify,pursueanddevelopbusinesswithmotivation,perseveranceandsoundstrategies
-Understandthenegotiationtoolsandtechniques.Planandimplementnegotiationstrategiestosupporttheachievementofbusinessobjectives
Managerelationshipsandcommunicationswithclientsandstakeholders
-Owntherelationshipbyknowingwherethecompanywantstobeandactivelymanagingclienttoachievetheresults
-Adoptthedifferentchannelsofcommunicationseffectivelytocommunicateideas,influenceandgetdecisionsmade
Upholdhighstandardsandprofessionalism
-Representthecompanyinprojectinghighethicsandprofessionalstandards
-Familiarizeandkeepupdatedonthecompany’sproductfeaturesandsellingpointsthroughtheanalysisandavailableliterature
-Familiarizewiththecommercialprocedures
-Identifybestpracticeandlookfornewwaysofworkingthatleadtoimproveddeliveryandcostsavings
ReportingandCommunicationwiththeSalesDirector
-Ensureplansandtargetsareinlinewiththecompany’soverallstrategy
-Trackandreportaccountandprojectmonthlyprogress(i.e.aboveorbelowtarget,issuesandconcerns,keytargets,etc)

Experience/Qualifications:
-AutomotiveorToolsandInstrumentation,MechanicalorElectricalEngineeringdegreefromareputableinstitution.
-Workexperienceinsalesinrelatedindustries
-ProficiencyinwrittenandspokenEnglishisamust
