?ResponsibleforthegenerationofAGV(AutomaticGuidedVehicle),RTL(RealTimeLogistics)&dealers’businessforthesalesteamsinlinewiththecompaniestargets;

?Manageandfocusthesalesteamsonthetargetmarketsegment;

?Developandmaintainasuccessfulsalesstrategy;

?Managekeyclientaccountsandbusinesspartnerrelationships;

?Providemanagementwithaclearandfocusedbusinessplanalignedwiththecompaniestargets;

?Responsibleforaccurateandpromptprospectreporting;

Specificfunctions:

?Responsibilityforclientandbusinesspartnerrelationships;

?Managesalesoutcomeswhichmeetthecustomer’srequirements,whilstmaintainingbudgetedgrossmargins

?WorkcloselywiththemarketingdepartmenttoimproveDematic’smarketprofile;

?Offerprocessingincompliancewithcompanyproceduresincludingbid/nobidreviewandproposalreview;

?Orderacceptanceandprocessingincompliancewithcompanyproceduresincludingcontractreview;

?Ensuresamedayresponsetoinitialcustomerenquires;

?Preparationofmonthlyreportsandmaintenanceoftheprospectdatabase

Requirements:

?Demonstratedexperienceinmanagingasuccessfulsalesteam;

?Haveexcellentcommunicationsskills;

?Universityqualified,ideallywithaMastersdegree;

?Experienceinmarketsegmentmanagement;

?Demonstratedexperienceinbusinessprocesses;

?ExperiencedinMNC’soperations,Englishspeakingisamust.
