ManageandleadteamtoachieveGTNtarget,andwellcommunicatewithallteam.
职责描述:
1)FullresponsibleforGTN,andtargettodriveNRgrowth.
2)Buildstrategicrelationshipwiththeaccount'sHQandregion,towellcommunicateandexecutionbyTMClevel.
3)ManageNBPandNBOteamtoco-workdrivefurthergrowth.
-QuarterlymeetingwithHQandTMClevel,reviewbusinessperfromanceandKPIachievement.
-MonthlymeetingwithHQtotrackingexecution
-WeeklymeetingwithinternalNBP/NBOteamtowelltrackingperformance.
4)Developthekeyaccount'sO2Oopportunities,withall3rdpartyECchannelandO2Oplatform.
5)Peoplemanagement,andteamengagement.
6)Regionalcommunication,andcrossfunctioncommunication.
任职要求:
Activewithenergy
>5~7yearsFMCGbusinessexperience,atleast3yearsinC4ustomers
Multi-nationalcompanyexpericewithmulticategoryprefered
Nationalcustomermanagementexeprice,especiallyforC4HQplanning
Contractnegotiationexperienceisprefered.
>2yearsbigteam>4peoplemanagementexperience.
