SAP项目管理Toset-up,maintainandsupportofwarehouseITsystemstomeetthebusinessrequirements.
-Trouble-shootingofITproblemsremotely(hardwareandsoftware).
-Providetrainingtowarehousestaffonsystemusageandnewsystemfeatures.
-StocktakingandnewITfunctionsupport.
-SRDSystemfirstlevelsupport.
-Standardizationofrequirementsthroughoutthebusinessusernetwork.
MajorResponsibilities:
-EnsureITsystemavailabilityandfunctionality:
-Toensure100%availabilityandfunctionalityofIThardwareinofficeandwarehouse.
-PlanningofITrequirementsandreplacementofIThardware,ifnecessary.
-ITsystemrequirementgathering:
-Gathernewrequirementsfromallbusinessusers.
-EnsuresystemstandardizationwithintheRDCnetwork.
-Consolidationofchangerequests.
-Communicationofchangesandimplementation.
-SRDSupport:
-SRDsystemsupportfordealers.
-Reportingandsystemrequirementgatheringandconsolidation.
-ITsystemtrouble-shooting:
-AnalyzeITsystemissuesprovidedbyusers.
-Providesolutionsandtrainingforusers.
-LiaisewithITsystemhotlinetotrouble-shootsystemproblemstimelywithoutaffectingwarehouseoperations.
-ITprojectmanagement:
-PlanITrequirementsfornewwarehousesaccordingtoprojectplan.
-Prepareon-timedeliveryreportsforinboundandoutbound.
-PreparestocktakeITsupportdocument.
-Usertraining:
-Usertrainingfornewemployees(BMWstaff,warehouseserviceproviderstaff).
-Usertrainingonnewsystemchanges.
-BudgetplanningandcontrollingofIThardware:
-Labelamountestimationandbudgetplanning.
-ITequipmentmaintenancebudgetplanning.
-Othertasksassignedbylinemanager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelorandabovedegreewithmajorincomputerscienceorrelated
-Atleast4-6yearsprofessionalexperienceinallaspectsofITindustrywithanin-depthknowledgeofITtechnology,mainframeandpersonalsystems,networksandsoon
-ExperiencewithSAPR/3(SD,MMandWMmodules)
-KnowledgeofITHardware
-KnowledgeofLogistics
-Highlevelofcommunicationskillswithopenmind
-Stronglogicanalysisandproblemsolvingcapability
-Abilitytocopewithstressandwillingtochange
-Capacityforteamwork
-Projectmanagementskills
-Trainingskills
-ProficientEnglish
