Responsibilities:

SalesofNorthTeam:

•CoordinateswithsalesassistanceinShanghaiHQandworkstogetheron:

Assistthesalesmanagers/directorsinnorthareawithdailyhandlingoftravelticketandhotelbooking

•Collect,checkandtransferbills,checks,mailingsfornorthsalesteam

•Collectroutinereports,includingweeklyplan,meetingmemo,travelrecords,monthlyfocus,etc

•AssistwithCRMinformationrecords

•Supportwithcustomercommunicationandactivities,includingmailingstoexternalcustomers,assistingincustomerseminars,customershowroomtest,etc.

•Collectordercommercialdocumentsandsavetopublicserver

•Collectkick-offdocumentsandpresentinthemeetingwhensalesmanagerisnotavailable

•CollectcustomertestfilmontimeanddelivertoMUWO(MULTIVACHeadquarter)

•Supportcustomerswithvisa/travelarrangementduringtheFATtest

•Assistsalesdirectorstoorganizequarterlyregionalsalesmeeting,half-yearlynationalsalesmeetingandsalesstatisticsreport

•Othertasksassignedbysalesdirectors

BeijingOffice:

•Toprovideadministrationservicesforthemeetingroomarrangement,visitorwelcomingandregistrationinapoliteandprofessionalmanner

•Answertelephoneinquiriesandproactivelyforwardtocorrespondentcounterpart

•Officevendorcoordinationandmaintainingstationary

•Building/Officemanagementcoordination

•SupporttheorganizationofBeijingofficeevents

•Accountableforthetidinessofthereceptionareaandoffice

•Supportotherbusinessdepartmentswithadministrativetasks,especiallyfortheHumanResourcesdepartment

•OtherjobsassignedbySupervisororManager

Requirements:

•Bachelordegree,preferablyadministrationorrelevantmajors

•2+years’workexperienceinadministrationorassistantrole

•Taskandresultorientedteamplayer,self-starterandclearthinkerwithfastaction

•Continuousstudyabilitywithgoodunderstandingtonewknowledge

•Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,bothEnglishandChinese

•ProficientusingMicrosoftOfficeapplications,Word,Excel,PPT,Note,etc.
