ESSENTIALorFUNDAMENTALJOBDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1.DriveISVsalesandhitmonthlyandannualbookingtargetsinOil&GasindustriesinChina.
2.Identifyappropriatesaleschannelsintheregion.
3.Develop/maintainbusinessrelationshipwithrelevantendcustomers,designinstitutes,EPCsandMACs.
4.Driveproducttraininginitiativesforcustomers.
5.EnsuretheproperuseoftheCRMdatabase.
6.Keeptrackofdevelopmentsinthemarketandatcompetitors.
7.Submitweeklyreportandmonthlyforecast.
8.ContributetothegrowthofISVbusinessbyplayinganactiveandcommunicativeroleasamemberoftheChinaSalesTeam.
9.Worktoensuretimelyandthoroughadministrationofcurrentsalescontracts.
10.Provideavenuesandviablesolutionstoresolvefirst-linesalesissues.ContactTechnical/Productsupportteamforsupportwhennecessary.
11.Activelyparticipateinselectingsalesincentiveprogramsandsettinggoals.
12.Attendtrainingonanongoingbasisforself-improvementandgrowth.
13.RespectandfollowEmersonChinapoliciesandethicalguidelines.
14.Regularlymakesales/customercallswiththesalesrepresentatives.
REQUIREMENTS(EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
1.Bachelor/MasterDegreewithmajorinautomation,mechanical,instrumentationorrelated.
2.Atleast5yearsrelevantworkingexperienceinvalveand/orrelevantindustrysaleswithamultinationalcompany.
3.Excellentknowledgeofpurchasingprocessesandbusinessoperationsofmajorcustomers;ideallyexperiencedindealingwithseniorstakeholdersanddecisionmakersatkeyaccounts
4.Honesty,integrity,diligenceandgoodteamworkspirit.
5.GoodcommandofEnglishandChinese
6.Confidentindevelopingbigprojectsfromlocal,regionalandglobalperspective.
7.Goodhealth,canworkunderpressureandtravelfrequently.Summary
