•Identifyandmapoutallkeyplayersintargetedindustryrelatedtovideocollaborationincludingsoftwareserviceproviderandhardwaremanufacturer,establishcontactwithallpotentialaccounts,understandcustomersdemandanddeliverLogitechsolution.

•Supportandcoordinatewithsalesinotherregiondevelopbusinesswithqualifiedcustomers.

•OrganizeregularreviewmeetingswithexistingKeyCustomers.Addressissuesraisedanddriveimprovements.

•Actasfirstpointofescalationwithinsiteforresolvingcustomerissues.

•VCmarketcustomerinsights&channelunderstanding
