Excellenttechnicalandoperationalcustomerserviceskillsareessentialwithaknowledgeofallaspectsoforderentry,processingandmaintenancewhichshouldbeperformedwithlittleornosupervisoryguidance.Thiswouldinclude,butnotlimitedto:managingcustomerinquiriesandrequests,requestsforupdatesandmaintenanceofcustomermasters,managing,trackingandexpeditingcustomerorders,initiatingcustomerproductreturnprocess,proactiveinvolvementinresolvingcustomercomplaints,createandmaintaincustomerinformationrecords,processbillingdocuments,reviewbillingerrors,andissuanceofcorrectionsasneeded.TheCustomerServiceRepresentativeisresponsibleforcreatingbusinesspartnershipswithexternalcustomersbyunderstandingtheirspecificneeds,orderpatternsandmarkets.TheCSRshouldexhibitaccountownershipandmanagecustomerrelationshipsforspecificglobalkey,majorandtargetaccounts.
