?Accountablefortheoverallsalesperformanceincludingtheachievementofrevenue,profitandsalesrelatedexpensebudgetsonamonthly/quarterly/annualbasis.
?Establishesappropriateshortandlong-termstrategiestocompeteeffectivelyinthecurrentandfuturemarket,anddrivesexecutionofthosestrategies
?BuildscollaborativerelationshipswithkeyOEMaccountsinChina,leadingtorevenuegenerating,profitablealliancesforTrimble
?Setsandmanagesrealisticrevenueforecasts.
?DeliversregularandaccurateforecaststotheRDM
?Maintainscloserelationshipandclearcommunicationwithmachinerydealersonhisterritory
?Developsaproductivenetworkofdistributionpartnersreachingthetargetcustomersandregions,deliveringgrowingprofitablerevenuesforTrimbleandprovidingworld-classservicetoendcustomers.
?Maintainsstrongendcustomerrelationsandsatisfaction;proactivelyanddiligentlyworkstoensurecustomerproblemsareresolvedquickly
?Regularlyidentifiesstrengths,weaknesses,opportunitiesandthreatsinthemarket,specificallywithcompetitors,andprioritizesmarketactivitiesaccordinglytogeneratehighreturnsonresourcesdeployed
?Proactivelydrivescollectionofinformationthataidsinthedevelopmentandimprovementofproductsandservicesofferingsandspecificneedsonhislocalmarket
?Inspiresotherstosharetheirvisionandsupportthemtoreachacommongoal
?Coordinationandplanningofbudgets,peopleandtimemanagement.
?DedicatedtoimprovingresultsinworkingcloselywithlocalSalesEngineers

?StrongSalesaptitude–hassuccessfullysoldproductsandservicesideallyintheConstructionindustry
