-Planhowtoestablishcustomerrelationshipinordertomeetsalestarget

-Maintainregularcontactwithcustomerstoensurethatallneededinformationareprovided

-Organizesitevisitsandproducttrialsforprospectivecustomers

Managementofdealers/agents

-Workwithdealerstoachievesalestargetforassignedgeographicareawithdefinedresources,tasksandgoalsformanagedagents/dealers(i.e.proposediscounts,commissionsfordealers,areadefinitionsandrevisions,salary&bonusplansandrevision)inalignmentwiththecompany’soverallstrategy

-MonitordealersproductportfolioandorganizationdevelopmenttodiscloseinconsistencywithDr?gerstrategyandmission

-ImplementsalesprocessesandimproveitsefficiencycontinuouslyinalignwiththeCompanyrequirement

-Ensurethatagents/dealersareproperlysupported,trainedandevaluated;keepdealersmotivated

-Conductregulardealerreviewmeetingforperformanceandeffectivenessandworkwithdealerstosolveperformancediscrepanciesaswhennecessary

Dealwithcustomerrequirement

-Answerquestionsandrequestsfromcustomerand/ordealers/agentsandprovideproductinformation

-Respondtocustomercomplaintsandresolveanytechnicalproblems,incoordinationwithrelateddepartments

-Identifycurrentandfuturecustomerrequirements

Salessupportactivities

-Preparecostestimationsforplannedspecialsalesactions

-Preparesalesreportsandlostorderreports.

-Manageandmaintaindemoequipmenttoensureaccuratestockbalancesandoptimalutilization

-Assistinthecollectionofaccountsreceivable&overduepayments

-AttendandparticipateinindustrialtradeshowsandsimilarmeetingsforthepurposeofdisplayingandpromotingDr?gerproductsifrequiredbymanagement

-Providesalesforecastsas&whenrequired.

-Providefeedbacktoprojectlists.

-Co-ordinateswithothersalesreps./management/servicemulti-territoryandmultiproductprojects.

-Observeandcollectinformationaboutthecompetition,theirstrengths,weaknesses,salesandmarketingmethodsandphilosophies

-EnsuretokeepknowledgeaboutthecompleteDr?gerFGDSproductlinesandcompetitorsuptodate,ensurebasicknowledgeaboutallDr?gerSafetyDivisionproducts

Internalcommunication

-CommunicateprojectinformationrelevantforotheremployeesbothwithinChinaandabroadasapplicable

-Communicatewiththeresponsibleemployeesonmulti-partyprojectsinvolvingdecisionmakersoutsidehisdesignatedterritory

-Communicateproductandservicesrequirementstotheresponsibledepartmentsifapplicable

-Providequotationandprojectlistfeedbackinatimelyandaccuratemanner
