•FormulateandimplementstrategiestomaximizerentalandoccupancyofthepropertieswithintheCompany’sportfolio.

•Majorresponsibilitiesincludesecuringnewtenancies,identifyingmarketsegmentsandprospects,liaisingwithpropertyagents,aswellasrenewingandmanagingexistingtenancies.

任职要求:

•DegreeholderinEstateManagement/Building/BusinessAdministration(Marketing)oritsequivalent.

•Atleast5years’relevantexperienceinmarketingandleasing.

•GoodcommandofverbalandwrittenEnglish.

•Excellentinterpersonalskills.

•Haveasoundunderstandingoftherealestateindustryandanextensivenetworkofcontacts.
