MainPurposeoftheRole
TodevelopPininfarina’sleadingDesigncapabilityintheAutomotivesectorinChina,withaclearfocusonincrementalgrowthandprofitability,withastrongfocusonpeopleleadershipandCxOlevelengagementexternallyandinternally.Thisisabusinessrolewithaggressivegrowthvision.
KeyResponsibilities
•Explorethenewclientandbulidthelongtermcooperationwiththecurrentclient.
•MeetallaccountKPIsincludinggrowth,profitabilityandcustomersatisfaction.
•Developandimplementthestrategytomeetgrowthtargets.
•Partnerwithcustomerstounderstandtheirbusinessneedsandeffectivelycommunicatethecompany’svaluepropositionthroughrelationship,proposalsandpresentations.
•Gatherinformationrelatedtomarketdynamics,competitorspositioningandanynewdevelopmentsinthemarket.
•SupporttheGMtomaketheyearlysalesplansandsalesforecast,opportunityidentification.
•Ensuretohavetheeffectivebusinessnegotiationwiththeclientandalsocontractsignature,thepaymentfollowup.
•Beresponsibleforthecostanalysisandpricing;
•CollecttheOEMs’andcompetitors’sinformationtoparticipateinbiddingandwinthebidding;
•Supportprojectmanagerstosolvetherelatedprojectproblems;
•Participateinthedevelopmentofsolutionstodriveinnovationandprofitability.
