1.Providehighreliabilityandstabilitydesignsolutions,specificationsandtest

plansaccordingtoSystemRequirementsandVoiceofCustomer

2.Responsibleforpressureand/ormassflowsensorproductdesign,integrity

analysis/troubleshooting,functionandperformancevalidation.

3.Beabletogeneratedesignconceptsthatmeetproductrequirements,

design/selectandapprovenewcomponents,build,testandanalyzeprototypes

andcreatedesigndocumentationincluding,EngineeringSpecification,assembly,

partsanddeviceprints.

4.Beabletoleadandcoordinateadesignteamofpeerengineers;workswith

bothinternal&externalpartners.

5.Supportrobustmanufactureprocesscreationandhelptooptimizeexisting

processes.

6.Supportproductionteamtomaintainproductionlineandhelptosolvedesign

technicalissuesforexistingproducts.

7.Thoroughlycharacterizenewproductsandprocessessothattheytransfer

seamlesslyandcosteffectivelyintoproductionwithhighyields.

8.DocumentdesignsinaccordancewiththeNewProductDevelopmentand

Introduction(NPI)processes

9.WorkwithProcess,Manufacturing,Production,andTestEngineersduringthe

entiredevelopmentcycletodeliveraqualityandcosteffectivenewproduct.

10.Keepintouchwiththesuppliertoachievethelatesttechnicalinformation,

applyingtoproductdesigns.

11.Understandthecustomerneeds,directedbythesalesandmarketing.

1Education:B.S.MechanicalEngineeringdegreeorabove

25+yearsexperienceinmechanical/electricaldesignGoodworkingknowledge

ofmaterials,appropriatetechnologiesandassociatedproductionprocesses.

Goodunderstandingofplasticsandmoldingtechnology;

3Familiaritywithpartproductionmethods(molding,stamping,diecastingetc.),

aswellasaknowledgeofassemblymethods

4Technicalskillandknowledgeandapplicationofproblemsolvingandquality

toolslikeDFMEAandSixSigma
