风控咨询顾问岗位职责

咨询顾问-金融行业风控/金融数据建模德勤德勤企业咨询(上海)有限公司深圳分公司,德勤AsAssociate,youwill:

•Assumeahighlevelofresponsibilityforclientliaison,projectmanagement,developingdeliverables,writingreports,andpresentations

•Adviseclientsonbusinessprocessesimprovementasaresultofchangeofregulatoryrequirementsorinternalimprovementinitiatives

•Adviseclientsoninternalcontrolsandriskmanagementaccordingtocompliancerequirementsorindustrybestpractices

•Contributetomaintainingrelationshipswithfinancialserviceclients

•Stayabreastofindustrytrends,newregulationsandreportingrequirementsthatmayhaveanimpactonourclients

•Prepareandfacilitatetrainingforclients

•Participateinmajorclientpursuits,includingproposalspreparationandpresentations

Qualifications:

•Youshouldalreadyhaveatleast0.5-1year'sexperienceindeliveringprofessionalservicestofinancialservicesclientsasaconsultantintheareaofinternalcontrol,regulatorycompliance,riskmanagementorinternalaudit

•Youshouldhavetheknowledgeofproductsorservicesofferedbyfinancialinstitutions

•Youshouldbefamiliarwithregulatoryrequirementsandhavetheabilitytorelateregulatoryrequirementstobusinessprocessestogeneratebusinessbenefitsontopofmakingabusinesscompliant

•Youshouldbeateamplayerandbeabletoworkwellwithindividualsfromacrossdisciplines,aswellasacrossculturesandseniority

•Youshouldbepassionateaboutdeliveringthebestsolutiontoourclients

•Youshouldhaveprojectmanagementskills,leadershipandbusinessdevelopmentskills

•YoushouldbeanexcellentcommunicatorwithgoodwrittenandoralcommunicationskillsinMandarinandEnglish.

•Welookatcandidateswithstrongclientdeliveryexperience,professionalqualificationwillbeaplus.
