•Reportthebusinessstatus,developingstrategy,masterplantoHQ,andcooperatewithHQdeeplyaboutthespecifiedproductsimprovementfeaturesandcompetitionstatus.

•Taketheresponsibilityofproductbusinessgrowthinallfocusedindustries:Intralogistics,Packaging,Automotive,MachineTools,Labautomation,andotheremergingindustries;theresponsibilityincludingthetargetsetting,businessdevelopmentstrategiesandsalesstatusreport,etc;

•InvolveProductpricesettingissue,focusonkeyprojectbusinessandsupportthespecialdiscountapproval;

•CooperatewithMarketingdepartmenttopromoteProductontradeshow,customerseminarsandotherkeymarketingactivities;

•FilteringOpportunityList;generatinginternaltrainingmaterials;recordingWon/Lostprojectandarchivingsuccessfulstoryreference;

•Identifythenewmarkettrend,competitorweakness,andnewapplicationchanceforProductbusinessfuturegrowth;

•Productcompetitor’sanalysis,markettransparencyandpotentialforecast.

任职资格:

•Productknowledgebackground(automationknowledgebackground,encoder,RFID,inductivesensors,deviceaccessories,andotherautomationproducts);

•Customer/result-oriented,withexcellentcommunicationandnegotiationskill.

•FluentEnglishlanguagebothinoralandwrittenismust;

•Conscientious,responsible,self-motivated,adaptability,Integrity;

•Cangotobusinesstripoften.
