1.Adviseongenerallegalissues/queriesraisedbyvariousdepartments

2.Draftandreviewagreementsforawidevarietyofdocuments,includingbutnotlimitedto

projectcontract,regulatoryissues,commercialagreements,corporatestructuring,litigation,

andhumanresourcesissues

3.Evaluatelegalchangestoregulationsandcomplianceguidelines,andimplementchangeson

existingprocedures

4.Handlinggovernmentalprocedures,litigiousmatterswhererequired

5.Improveexistingstandardcontracts,systemsandprocedureswhereapplicable

6.Providelegaltrainingtouserdepartmentwhereappropriate

7.Supportthemanagementintheresolutionofcontractual/commercialissuesanddisputes

8.Conductinternalauditonprojecttosecurethepre-definedsystemsandproceduresarefollowed

9.Assistotherrelatedissuesassigned.

任职要求:

1.Minimum:Masterdegree(orLLB)inlawmajor

2.Minimum5yearsofpost-qualificationexperienceinlegalwork,eitherinalawfirmorasanin-

housecounsel

3.ExperienceinMNCcouldbeaplus

4.Abletoworkindependentlyandunderpressurewithastrongsenseofurgency

5.Goodinterpersonalskillsandbeabletointeractwithdifferentlevelsintheorganizations

makingtoughthingsdone

6.Experienceandknowledgeofhandlinggovernmentalproceduresandlitigiousmatters

7.PRCLegalProfessionCertificatequalified

8.MandarinChineseasmothertongueandproficientatEnglish

9.Soundanalyticandresearchskill
