Ideally,minimumof1+years’experienceincustomerservice,preferablyinaluxuryfashionretail,hospitalityore-commerceenvironment
ExcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish,KoreanandMandarin
Abilitytoworkunderpressureinafast-pacedenvironment
