JobDuties:
DefinetheOnlineSavingsAccount(OSA)customerproposition,basedoncustomerinsightsanddeterminetheoptimalproductsandservicestobeprovidedtothetargetcustomerstobestfulfilltheirneeds.
Workwithproductmanagerstodevelopproductofferingsaswellasservicesusingaproposition-ledapproachtoensurethatthedifferentiatedproductofferingsarebothrelevantandcompellingtoeachofthetargetcustomersegmentstosupportChina’saggressivecustomergrowthambition.
Definecustomerjourneysandengagementframeworks,encompassingtheentirecustomerlifecycleofdifferenttargetcustomers,tooptimisecustomerexperiencewiththebankviaanintegratedmulti-channelstrategy.
Leverageontheenhancedanalyticalcapabilitiestobetterunderstandthetargetcustomersforproductandservicedevelopmentaswellascustomerengagement

Bachelorabovedegree
Morethannineyearsofworkingexperience
Strongplanning,analytical,communications,decision-making,lateralthinking,influencing,interpersonalandprojectmanagementskills.
Thoroughunderstandingofcustomersegmentationandmanagementtechniques,aswellasthebusinessesandproductssupportedandtheregulationsimpactingthem
Proventrackrecordofcommunicatingeffectivelywithintheorganizationandwithcustomergroups.
Abilitytoworkinateam-orientedenvironmentandeffectivelyinfluenceandcommunicateacrossvariousbusinesslinesatseniorlevelswithintheorganization.
Knowledgeoftheorganizationanditsproducts,processesandpertinentregulationsaffectingtheirdelivery.
