企业并购融资经理/顾问(CorporateFinanceAdvisory)-Valuationbackgroundpreferred德勤德勤企业咨询(上海)有限公司深圳分公司,德勤FinancialAdvisory(FA)practiceofDeloitteChinaprovidesstrategicandfinancialadvisoryservicestoclientsthroughoutallphasesoftheeconomiccycle.FAcomprisesseveraldistinctbutrelatedglobalservicelineswhosesharedprincipalobjectiveisthecreationandenhancementofshareholderandstakeholdervalue.

CorporateFinanceAdvisoryServicesprovidestrategiccorporateadvisoryservicesforcorporatefinancetransactions,rangingfromM&Astrategyandadvisory,capitalraisingtobusinessdisposals.

ValuationandModellingServicesguideandadviseclientsonvaluationmethodologiesandprovidevaluationadvisoryservicesrelatingtobusinessinterests.Theseincludeintellectualproperty,intangibleassets,commonandpreferredstockandothersecurities,partnershipinterests,employeestockoptionplans(ESOPs),privatedebtinstruments,options,warrants,andotherderivativeproductsrelevanttoourclients.

Workyou'lldo:

•Providevaluationanalysesfortax,financialreportingorotherregulatory,complianceormanagementplanningrequirements

•Takethediversebusinessactivitiesandtransactionsintoaccountandsimplifythemintothemostgranularcomponentstobuildafinancialmodelprovidinginsightsintothekeydriversaffectingstrategicdecision-makingoftheclient

•Developanalyticalmodelsthatcanbevisualizedandinterpretedconvincinglytoinformrecommendations

•Planandexecuteengagementsthatdeliverasuperiorclientexperience

•Actasafinancialadvisoracrossabroadspectrumoftransactionsthroughasophisticatedanalysisoffinancialinformation

•Buildanin-depthknowledgeoftheclient’sbusinessandstaysup-to-dateonindustryactivities,marketplacetrends,andleadingpractices

•Applyqualityassurance,riskmanagement,andconfidentialityproceduresinallareasofworkperformedandmanaged

•BuildexpertiseinonestageoftheM&Alifecycleanddevelopsnetworkinotherstopositionclientwithothertechnicalandmarketexperts

Yourroleasaleaders:

•UnderstandkeyobjectivesforclientsandDeloitte,alignpeopletoobjectivesandsetprioritiesanddirection

•Influenceclients,teams,andindividualspositively,leadingbyexampleandestablishingconfidentrelationshipswithincreasinglyseniorpeople

•Deliverexceptionalclientservice;maximizeresultsanddriveshighperformancefrompeoplewhilefosteringcollaborationacrossbusinessesandborders

•Develophigh-performingpeopleandteamsthroughchallengingandmeaningfulopportunities

Requirements:

•Atleast4years'relevantworkexperience,includingatleast2years'valuationexperiencerelatedtoM&Aorfinancialreporting.

•BachelordegreeorabovewithmajorinFinance,Accounting,Economics,Mathematics,Statisticsorrelateddisciplineswouldalsobeconsidered.

•ExperienceinPE,ResearchspecialistinSecuritiestrader,Consultingfirmsorbig4.

•Experienceinvaluationandfinancialmodeling;Familiarwithknowledgeoffinancemodeling.

•Self-initiation&goodteamplayer,excellentanalysis,communicationandinterpersonalskills.

•Strongbusinesssense,analyticalthinking,fast-learner,withhighcommitmenttodeliveryexcellence.

•ProfessionalqualificationofHKICPA/CICPA/CFAorotherequivalentoverseasqualificationspreferred.
