采购质量主管岗位职责

PositionSummary:Tomanageanddevelopsupplierstoprovidequalityproducts,inthecategoryofapplicatorrawmaterialsandfinishedgoods,toachievequalityandoperationalexcellenceforprocurementinAsiaPacificRegion.Toownsupplierperformanceintermsofquality,andotherrelatedmetrics.
Responsibilities:
ConductqualityinspectionofapplicatorrawmaterialsandfinishedgoodsmadeinAsiaPacificregion.EnsureallgoodsmeetingagreedspecificationandqualityplanbetweenSWandsuppliers,beforebeingshippedtoUSorotherregions,rejectnon-conformityproducts.
Assistsupplierstosetupasolidqualitycontrolsystem,withemphasisonincomingrawmaterial/componentinspection,andinprocessqualitycontrol,outgoingqualitycontrol.Sowemayreduce/eliminateourownoutgoingQCinspectionmentionedabove.
TracksupplierPQRperformanceonregularbasis,assistthesuppliersonproblemsolvingprocesstofindtherootcauseandimplementcorrectiveactions,soastoeliminatetheproblempermanently.
PerformQualityaudit,measureandtracksupplierqualityperformance,workwithcolleaguesandsupplierstoinitiateandimplementsupplierdevelopmentplan.
Keepacompleteupdatedfileofalltestingmethods,andspecificationatAPPOoffice.MaytranslatethosedocumentsfromEnglishtoChinese.
Requirements
Abachelordegree,preferablyinIndustrialorMechanicalengineering.
FluentinwritingandoralEnglish.
Atleast3~5yearsofworkingexperienceinQualityControlsystem,especiallyexperienceofestablishing&trainingofmanufacturingqualitycontrolsystem.Trainingin6-sigmablackbeltandstatisticaldataanalysis,ispreferred.
Experienceinusingproblemsolvingtoolssuchas8D,RCCA
Goodmaterialknowledgeininspectionprocedures;
Requireupto50%travel.Organized,analytical&payattentiontodetails.
