1•CreateappropriateearlychildhoodcontentforuseinearlychildhoodproductsandserviceswithinandoutsideofEtonkids;plan,allocate,andmonitorindividualtimeinordertocompleteassignedprojectsaswellascompletedepartmentgoalsassetbytheR&DDirector;designappropriateearlychildhoodcurriculatargetingtheneedsofEtonkids,China’searlychildhoodsector,andparents;andensureallcontentcreatedbytheR&DDepartmentisappropriateforuseforyoungchildrenwithinandoutsideofEtonkidsearlychildhoodsettings.

2.•ProvideinputonissuestoconsiderinthedevelopmentofR&Dprojects,includingbrainstormingandcoordinationsupportasdelegated;independentlycoordinateassignedprojectsfromconceptulatizationthroughtoproduction;proactivelyassistteammembersinpreparingprojectsforR&DDirectorapproval;anddevelopanunderstandingoftheorganization’sresearchactivity.

3.•ParticipateinthebrainstormingandwritingofKIDSMagazine;andresearch,contribute,andsolicitregulararticlesforthemagazineinordertopromotetheEtonkidsbrand.

4.•AssisttheR&DDirectorinsupportingtheorganization’sacademicstrategyandpromotingitsactivitiestointernalandexternalstakeholders.

5.•Contributetothecollectionofdataandpreparationofreportsrelatingtotheorganization’sprojectdevelopmentactivities,includingindividualmonthlyprojectreports.

6.•SupportEnglishDepartmenttrainingintheuseofanyproductdevelopedbytheR&DdepartmentwithinandoutsideofEtonkidsasrequested.

7.•Fulfilladditionaldutiesandresponsibilitiesthatareinlinewith

theemploymentcontractasinstructedbytheR&DDirector.

任职要求:

1.•ProvidetimelyandregularupdatestotheR&DDirectoronthestatusofindividualprojects.

2.•Keepup-to-datewithdevelopmentsinacademicresearchinthefieldofearlychildhoodeducation.

3.•Promotethecorporateimageoftheorganizationtoallindividuals,groups,andorganizationsbothwithintheorganizationandtothecommunityatlarge;andparticipatefullyasateammember,sharingknowledgeandinformationandsupportingcolleaguesintheorganizationtopromoteacohesiveteamandtheachievementofdepartmentalobjectives
