•CollaborateswithinternalteamstooptimizebrandingsitesforSEOandsocial

outpostsforleadgeneration.

•Partnerswithkeyvendorstodevelopdisruptivedigitalideastoincreasebrand

visibilityandengagement(e.g.Google,Facebook,wechat,微博,etc.).

•Identifiesoptimalsocialandinfluenceroutpoststoattractnewusers.

•Consultswithbrandteamstodevelopretargetingsequenceswithcustomizedads

todriveincreasedconversion.

•Identifiesbestpractices,trendsandemergingtechnologies/platforms/apps.

CollaborateswithITtodevelopinternalmarketinginterfaces/systems.

•LeadsexploitationofDMPviaretargetingandCRMprograms.

KeyPerformanceIndicators/KeyFigures:

•Educatingthemarketingorganizationtobedigitalthought-leaders.

•EnsuringclearKPIandtrackingin-yearprogresswiththebrandteams.

•Drivingadigitalagendainatraditionalmarketingorganization.

QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICALSKILLS

•BachelorDegreeinBusiness,Communications,Marketing,orComputerScience.

•SolidMSOfficeskills–PowerPoint,Excel,Word.

•Excellentinterpersonal,communicationandpresentationskills

•Stronganalyticalandcreativeproblemsolvingskills.

Previous/ProfessionalExperience

•Minimum8-10yearsofexperienceinaDigitalMarketingrole;familiarwithsocial

•Analyticmindsetandinsightminingcapabilityamust.

•Abilitytodistillcomplexdataintoclearandmeaningfulrecommendations.

•DigitalMarketingskillsandexperience
