WorktogetherwithregionalproductmanagerandprovidemerchandisingsupporttoallNatuzziEditionsstores;

MainResponsibilities

1.UnderstandbrandstrategyandproductpropositioninChinamarket.Supporteachtradeshowtolaunchthenewmodelsinlocalmarket.Developtheproductbook,trainingmaterialandVMproposalaccordingtotheHQguideline.

2.DevelopandmaintainPOSmatrix,layoutandfloordisplayfromtheopeningtoeachlaunchseason.Providevaluablerecommendationforcustomerproductmanagementtosupportbusinessgrows.

3.Offerproducttraining,edittrainingmanualandpossessin–depthknowledgeforeachcollection.

4.Completeproductdatastatisticanalyze(sellin,selloutetc),collectalltheproductfeedbacksfromoperationandretailteamtogeneratevaluereport,tounderstandconsumerandshopper/channelinsights.

5.Maintainallcategoryrelevantsystemsandfilessuchas:pricelist,coveringlist,modellist,productcard,catalogueetc.

6.Responsibleforadaptingandcommunicatingthecompanymerchandisingguidelinestothelocalstorestoimprovesalesandcustomersatisfaction.ExecuteVMguidelinesinatimelymanneracrossandtravelallstoresintheregion.Toplanandimplementfloorsamplemovesforthosestores.

7.Toconductmarketresearchonmarkettrend,competitors’priceandproductofferalsocustomerbehavior.

8.Implementoftrademarketingplanandstrategybasedonaboveknowledge.Developtheproductoffer,forecastandVMproposalforeachpromotionseason.Collectfieldfeedbacks,evaluatetheKPIandprovideimproveplan.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelororabove

2.GoodcommandofEnglishbothinwrittenandspoken;

3.Atleast3yearsworkingexperience,VM,trademarketing,merchandisingandproductanalysisrelevantexperiencewaspreferred.

4.Gooddataandfiguresanalysis,computerskillsexcel,ppt,etc.

5.Goodcommunicationskillandopenmined;

6.Beabletotravelfrequently;
