演艺技术管理总监岗位概述POSITIONOVERVIEW

负责演艺技术团队的建设、管理以及所有项目前期演艺技术类工作;包括但不限于,制定技术运营与安全标准

主要职责PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES

负责提供综合方案加强景区整体声光电系统的功能和管理。

Responsibleforfindingintegratedtechnicalsolutionsthatcanenhancetheperformanceandmanagementofresortwidefacilitiessuchas,BGMandArchitecturalLighting.

负责对于所有项目的场地的技术设备采购和安装提供专业指导

ProvideconsultationontechnicalequipmentprocurementandinstallationforvenueswithintheResort

负责为所有演艺场地提供技术参数和提资

Responsibleforprovidingthetechnicaldesignrequirementsofallentertainmentrelatedvenues

负责带领和管理演艺技术部门顺利完成演艺相关项目,项目类型也包括:

o维保和工作订单系统

o技术设备库存管理系统

o项目优化工程项目

教育程度EDUCATIONALQUALIFICATION/S

至少演艺技术专业、剧场技术管理或相关领域,例如电子,机电和机械工程的学士学位

Abachelor'sdegreeintechnicaltheatre,theatricalmanagement,orarelatedfieldsupplementedbyadvancedtechnicalcoursesinelectronics,electricalormechanicalengineering.

15年经验在大型活动、演出和场地技术管理,包括不少于7年带领跨专业的技术团队。

在剧场/演艺项目灯光、音响、吊挂、演出控制工程,其中一个领域有深度专业知识
