I.PositionSummary

ThispositionisresponsibleforplanningandimplementingsalesactivitiestoachieveFood/Health/BeautyDepartment’sbusinessplan.

II.JobResponsibilities

1.DevelopbusinesswithnewcustomersinFCMbusinessfieldsthroughprofessionalsalesactivities;

a.Searchforpotentialcustomer;

b.Createbusinessopportunitybyexploringchannelsandnetwork;

c.Respondtoandfollowupcustomer'senquiry;

d.Visit/meetcustomerandintroducecompany'sservices;

e.NegotiatepriceandpreparequotationaccordingtointernalCRpricingsystem;

f.Prepareandconfirmcontractwithcustomer.

2.Contributepersonaleffortstoreachassignedpersonalsalestargetandbusinesslinetarget;

3.Conductcustomermanagementtomaintainbusinessrelationship,increasebrand&serviceawarenessandenhancesatisfactionamongcustomers;

4.ServemainFHBcustomersandkeepgoodcooperationwiththem;

5.ManageFHBoncollectinginformationandpromotionactivities;

6.Coordinatebetweencustomerandinternalgroupsonprojectstart,paymentandprogressasassigned,;

7.Trainnewcomersandhelpnewcomerstobefamiliarwiththepolicy/product/procedure;

8.Distributethesalestarget/salesresourceinFHB;

9.HelpsalesmanagertodotheFHBmarketingplanandactivities.

III.JobRequirements

1.Bachelordegreeorabove;FoodorChemicalEngineeraspreferred;

2.Atleast5-yearsales/marketingexperienceonfood/foodcontactorfoodrelatedproducts;

3.Goodcustomer/teammanagementskillandcommunication&salesskill;

4.Goodunderstandingandfulfillmenttoworkingrelatedtargets,standards,policies,proceduresandinstructions;

5.Respectandsafeguardcompany'simage,reputationandbenefit;

6.Diligence,self-motivation,self-improvementandstrongteamworkspirit;

7.Canworkindependentlyandefficiently;canworkunderpressure;

8.GoodcommandofEnglish.
