SupplierPerformanceManager(SPM)missionsare:
•Tomanageitssupplierslevelofperformance:
•Measureandshare(internally&externally)supplieroverallperformance(Industrializationmilestones,supply-Chain(OTD)andQuality(PPM))
•Setanactionplanwiththesuppliertoreachtargetsandmonitoritsimplementation
•TosteersupplieractionplantofollowLEAP,CFM56andSilvercrestramp-upusing‘Baseline’
•Checksuppliercapacitytoachieveindustrializationandtoproducerequiredvolume
•Formalizewithsupplierriskanalysisrelatedtotheramp-upandmanagethoserisks
•Tomanageitssuppliersindustrialmaturitydevelopment(QRQC,run&rate,SDworkshop…)
•TocoordinateSnecmateamincaseoflogisticcrisis
•TosupportSnecmateamduringsupplierpreselection&selectioncommitteewithhisfeedbackregardingsuppliersmaturity(Approval,SSCAM…)

•Makesupplierbuildanadjustmentplanintothebaselineandforalltheproductlife-timehorizon
oCoordinateindustrializationplanwithmassproductionplan
oChecksupplierLoad/Capacitybalanceduringindustrializationphaseandramp-upphase
•Manageitsportfolioindustrialmaturitydevelopment(QRQC,run@rate,SDworkshop…)
•Identifyandprioritizesuppliertodevelop
•CriticizeandenhanceSupplierimprovementplan
•Performimprovementworkshop
