RoleDescription

PerformtheFinancialPlanning,Forecast,AnalysisandReportingfortheFranchisedRetailchannel,provideproactivefinancialsupportsonthemajorbusinessreviewprocess,keybusinessdecisionmakingandfinancialtargetachievement.

MajorRoleandResponsibilities

-PerformtheAnnualFinancialPlan,rollingforecastandLong-termStrategicBusinessPlan(SBP)fortheFranchisedRetailchannel.CloselyworkwithSalesManagementteamand3BUsonthesalestargetset-upandkeyinvestmentprojects(includingCAPEXbudget),toensurethetimelinessandcompletenessofannualbudgets.

-Providetimely,summarizedandaccuratequarterlyproductivityandprofitabilityanalysisforthechannel(keyFRAccounts)byBUandbybrands:1)summarizetheactualfinancialKPIperformance(KeyAccount&overallsales&profitability)vsPlanandPY,analyzethemajorvarianceandkeydrivers,proposeactionsandfollowuptheexecutions;2)highlightthebusinessperformance,riskandopportunities.

-Deeplyinvolveintothemajorbusinessprocessesandkeyinvestmentprojects(tradingterms)toprovidefinancialanalysissupporttotheirdecisionmaking,processenhancementandtargetachievement.

-Performfranchiseeinventoryanalysis.

-Performthefinancialanalysisfornew,closingandrenovationstores.

-PerformsalesperformancetrackingandcomparisonvsOwned&Operatedstoresforkeyaccounts

任职资格:

-Bachelor’sdegreeorabovewithmajorinFinance.

-CPAorACCA/CIMAqualificationispreferable.

-8+yearsrelatedworkingexperienceincludingatleast3yearsinFP&AroleinthesizableMNCorlocalcompaniesofRetailorFMCGindustry.

-Strongfinancialanalysisskillandstrongbusinesssenses.

-FamiliarwithSAPsystem.
