•Securebusinessgrowthinanefficientwaybysecuringtherightcapacitywithlocalsuppliers

•HelptosecurethebestpricebasedonStandardMinuteValue(SMV)andcostperminute

•Improveefficiencyandproductivityforexistingproductgroupsandnewproductlinesthroughadvisingsuppliers

•Verifysuppliercapacityandsupportteamsincapacitymanagement

MainResponsibilities

•Workdirectlyorindirectlywithmanufacturersinordertoimproveefficiencyandproductivity

•IncreaseproductivityandefficiencybysettingaStandardOperatingProcedure

•Provideguidelinestothenewvendorsandexistingvendors

•DetermineSMVandsetupproductiontargetsandplanning

•Conducttimestudiesandestablishadatabaseforcostingandworkcontentanalysis

•Conductpredefinedprojects

•CalculateandfinalizeproductSMVfromtheGeneralSewingData(GSD)method,Cuttingand

Makingcostcalculation,ProductionPlanning,Seasonsplan,Capacityassuranceanalysis&

finalizetheproductcost

•Helpmanufacturerstoreducemanufacturingcycletime,improvespeedandreducecostfor

production

•Investigateplansandworkwithotherdepartments,suchasproductionandquality,toexecutecost

reductioninitiatives.Analyzeandevaluateprojects,developactionplans,coordinate,implement

andcarryoutthenecessaryfollowup

EducationandExperiencerequirements

•UniversitygraduateinIndustrial/TextileEngineering

•Around3to6yearsofexperienceinthemanufacturingorbuyingindustry

KnowledgeandSkillrequirements

•SMVcalculation,GSDmethod,Productionplanning,etc.

•GoodcommunicationskillsinMSOfficePackage

•Fluencyinwritten&spokenEnglish

•Goodexperienceinconceptofworkstudyandworkplaceengineering
