4)ConductoneParentTeacherConferencepersemester.

5)ConductoneStudentLedConferenceperyear.

6)AnyotherjobassignedbytheHeadofSchool.

7)Beprofessionallyconsistentwiththeschool’smissionandvalues.

8)Noteandapplytheschool’spoliciesandproceduresasapplicable.

Homeroom/Pastoral:

1)AttendanceatHomeroomperiodatthebeginningofeachday.

2)MaintainingattendancerecordsonManageBac.

3)Identifyandsupportstudentswhodemonstratethroughtheiracademicprogress,developmentorwell-beingthattheyareinneedofassistance.

4)PastoralcareandPSPElearningoutcomesdeliveryduringhomeroomperiods.

5)EnsuringUOIlettersaresenttoparents.

6)Formativeandsummativeassessmentreportsaresharedperiodicallywithparents.

7)Completionoftwosemesterreportsayear.

8)Preparationforunitassembliesandoneunitexhibitionperyear.

9)EnsuringthatcontributionsaremadetotheUOInewsletters

Curriculum:

1)CorecurriculumdeliveryintheEnglishorChineselanguageofinstruction,mathematics,science,socialstudiesandEnglishorChinese.

2)Meetinglearningoutcomesinallofthecorecurriculumsubjects.

3)Ensuringthatassessmentoutcomesareusedtoplanlessons.

4)Conductingverticalandhorizontalcurriculumplanning.Inparticular,ensuringthatweeklycollaborativeplanningmeetingswithallotherteachersteachingthesameyeargroupareconducted.

5)Collaborativewritingofunitplans,beforetheunit,duringtheunitandaftertheunit.

6)Submissionofunitplansattheendofeveryunitandplacingthemalongwithstudentworksamplesintheteacherfolder,andonManageBac.
