UndertheorganizationofHumanResourceDepartment(HR).
2.Purpose
Develop,deliversupportandmaintaincommonprocesseswithinHealth&Safety.
EnsuredeliveryandfollowupofstandardizedhighqualityHealthandSafetyservicestomeetBusinessneeds.
EnsurethatVCDQstaffhasthenecessaryknowledgeofthecompetencerequirementswhicharedevelopedbyauthoritiesandorganizationsregardingworkenvironment.
3.MainTasks
Establishandmaintaincommonprocesses,toolsandpolicieswithinareaofresponsibility.
Participateindevelopmentprojects.
OrganisetoanalyseworkshopHSstatusandidentifyrisks
CascadeHSprocessandrollitoutsystematically
OrganiseEHSauditandrelatedactivities
MaintainOccupationalHealthandSafetyManagementsystemsuchasOHS18001/VCMSdeliveryandquality.
Theroleshallsecurethattheselectionofavailabletrainingwithinthefieldofworkenvironmentcorrespondstotheidentifiedneed.
4.Responsibility
ResponsibleforactivitiesandtasksdescribedbyHealth&Safety,roledescriptions.
Responsibletofulfiltargetsanddeliveriesagreedupon.
AssistHSmanagertoimplementHS&compliancesystemsincompanytomaintainHSmanagementsystemandachieveHSexcellence.
CoordinatesperformanceofHSinternal&externalauditsandassiststheHSManagerwithcorrectingdeficiencies.
DevelopsandcoordinatesHStrainingmaterialsandperformsHSTraining.Assessesnewdevelopmentsandregulationsinthehealthandsafetyfieldandorganiserelatedtrainingfortherelateddepartmentsandpositions.
Complieswithallcompanypoliciesandproceduresandadheretocompanystandards.Performsotherjob-relateddutiesasrequested.
ResponsibilityfortheactivitiesmentionedaboveandthatdocumentationonBMSetclinkedtotheareaofexpertiseisfullyupdated.
Enhancesafetyculturebrandingbasedontheplanningandschedule.
5.Authority
Afterconsultationwithresponsiblemanager,authoritytodriveandonrequestfromVCDQ/H&S/ExternalPartiesimproveallprocessesandguidelineslinkedtotheHealthandSafetyroledescriptions.
Havetheauthoritytoactonmisinterpretationsregardinglawsandagreements.
6.CompetenceRequirements
Atleast3yearsofworkexperienceinEHSfields.
Bachelor'sdegreeinSafetyEngineering,Industrial,MechanicalorManufacturingEngineering.
FluentEnglishbothinwrittenandspoken.
FamiliarwithsafetytechnologyandOHSAS18001/ISO45001managementsystem.
ThisroleneedstohaveanunderstandingofrelatedapplicablelawsandregulationswithinthefieldofHealthandSafety.
Registeredsafetyengineercertificateownerispreferred.
Goodoralandwrittencommunicationskillsbilingually.
