ThispositionisresponsibleforplanningandimplementingsalesactivitiestoachieveFood/Health/BeautyDepartment'sbusinessplan.

Responsibilities

1.DevelopbusinesswithnewcustomersinBeautybusinessfieldthroughprofessionalsalesactivities:

a.Searchforpotentialcustomer;

b.Createbusinessopportunitybyexploringchannelsandnetwork;

c.Respondtoandfollowupcustomer'senquiry;

d.Visit/meetcustomerandintroducecompany'sservices;

e.Negotiatepriceandpreparequotationaccordingtointernalpricingsystem;

f.Prepareandconfirmcontractwithcustomer;

2.Contributepersonaleffortstoreachassignedpersonalsalestarget;

3.Conductcustomermanagementtomaintainbusinessrelationship,increasebrand&serviceawarenessandenhancesatisfactionamongcustomers;

4.Servemaintraditionalfoodcustomersandkeepgoodcooperationwiththem;

5.SupportFoodContactbusinesslineoncollectinginformationandpromotionactivities;

6.Asassigned,coordinatebetweencustomerandinternalgroupsonprojectstart,paymentandprogress;

7.PerformotherdutiesassignedbyFoodbusinesslinesalessupervisor.

Requirements

1.Bachelordegreeorabove;Foodorchemicalengineeraspreferred;

2.2-3-yearsales/marketingexperienceonBeautyrelatedproducts.

3.Goodcustomermanagementskillandcommunication&salesskill;

4.Goodunderstandingandfulfillmenttoworkingrelatedtargets,standards,policies,proceduresandinstructions;

5.Respectandsafeguardcompany'simage,reputationandbenefit;

6.Diligence,self-motivation,self-improvementandstrongteamworkspirit;

7.Canworkindependentlyandefficiently;canworkunderpressure;

8.GoodcommandofEnglish.
