CJLRSCM_EWM/QMdomainSAPoperationincluding,

1.每天系统工单处理,确保SLA/OLA

Dailyincidentandcustomerrequest/issuehandlingaccordingtoCJLRoperationprocessandensureSLAandOLAachievement.

2.SAP问题跟踪,根本原因分析,短期方案提供,长期方案和预防措施提供

SAPproblemtracking,rootcauseanalyses,walkaroundsolution,longtermandpreventactionimplementation.

3.业务流监控和系统监控,确保系统稳定运行并且提前发现避免问题发生

Businessprocessmonitorandsystemoperationmonitortomakesurestablesystemoperatingandfindissueandproblemsinadvance.

4.操作流程持续改进以实现高效

2.监督项目的里程碑,参与项目的蓝图设计,关键功能测试和交付
