ThemajorfunctionoftheDocumentationistoassistoperationtohandleairfreightdailybusiness.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.ToassistoperationtocreatethejobintosystemandissuetheHawbaswellastheMawbdaily.

2.TocorrecttheHawbasperclients’request&sendanyofthedocumentationstoshippersifrequested.

3.Issuethedebitnoteaccordinglyandwellco-ordinatewithoperation.

4.Checkthecostandrevenueandkeyinallofimportshipmentinformationintooperationsystemasrequired.

5.Co-ordinatewithA-classandshippertosolveanyproblems/issuesofexportshipment.

ADDINTIONALRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Totakeupadditionaltasksasassigned.

2.Backupforotherteammemberswhennecessary.

KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS:

1.FluentinwrittenandoralEnglish,CET-4orabove.

2.Strongsenseofresponsibility;Patient;Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskill.

3.WorkingexperienceinA-classinternationalforwardingcompanyispreferred.
