•ProjectPlanfortheInfotainmentHeadUnit,managingriskandprovidingweeklyupdatestotheseniorprojectteam.
•InteractingwithotherProgramleadoftheTelematicsSystem,Cloudsystemtoensurecrossfunctionalrequirementsandtimingplansaremet.
•ReportingmonthlystatusoftheprojecttotheConnectedVehicleSeniorManager,showingrisks,mitigations,actions.
•RegularfacetofacecontactwiththeTier1Supplier,aswellastheVehicleOEM,buildingrelationshipsandimprovingcommunication.
•InfotainmentHeadUnitSupplierManagement,focussingonprogrammanagementoftheproject.
•SupplierProcessImprovement
•ProjectPlanfortheInfotainmentHeadUnit,managingriskandprovidingweeklyupdatestotheseniorprojectteam.
