医疗器材全国销售经理-NSMBasedinShanghai,NationalSalesManagerwillbeaccountableforallaspectsofthecompany’ssalesactivities.His/herinitialfocuswillbetostrengthensales,customersupport,managetheOtometricssalesteam,andmanagethedistributionchannelstohitthebudgetsalestargetswhileprovidingstrategicvisionandplans,andmostofallon-the-groundleadershipfortheChinesesalesteam.
He/shewillkeeptheGMofCompanyChinaabreastofopportunities,competitiveissues,andmarketconditions,anddrivetotalsalesandprofitgrowthbalancedagainstthenecessaryinvestmentstostrengthenafirstclassmarket-leadingbusinessorganization.
Requirements:
35-40years
Eligibleforanynationality,butpreferablenativeChinese,whospeaksfluentlyEnglish
ChineseatnativelevelandEnglishveryfluentlyinbothverbalandwriting.
Agoodtechnicalunderstandingand/ortechnicaleducatedatUniversitylevelinengineering(electronics,data/software,technologyoralike)isamust.
Theidealcandidatewillhavein-depthknowledgeofandexperienceinanmixtureofsomeofthefollowingareas:
1.ExperienceasChineserepresentativeofanappropriatesizeWesternsalessubsidiaryoramultinationalcompany,includingmanagingtorevenue,margingoals,andinternationalreporting.
2.Musthaveoperatingcompanyleadershipexperienceofasimilarscale.Experienceinmedtechindustryishighlypreferable.
3.Abletodealeffectivelywithandpresentconvincinglytocorporateheadquarterstogetsupportandresources.
4.GoodnetworkofrelationshipswithintheChinesehealthcareindustryisstronglypreferred.
5.Businessstrategycreationandgeneralmanagementofdirectkeyaccounthospitalandinstitutionalsalesandcapableofleadingabusinessfocusedathigh-end,high-qualityandhigh-pricedproducts.
6.Mustbecapableandeffectivecommunicator,bothinChineseandEnglish.
7.Comfortablefinancialtermsaswellasreporting.
Aleaderwithstrongsenseofownership-astrongdesiretomakeapersonalcontributiontothesuccessoftheoverallcompanyinalocalcompetitiveenvironment.

BasedinShanghai,NationalSalesManagerwillbeaccountableforallaspectsofthecompany’ssalesactivities.His/herinitialfocuswillbetostrengthensales,customersupport,managetheOtometricssalesteam,andmanagethedistributionchannelstohitthebudgetsalestargetswhileprovidingstrategicvisionandplans,andmostofallon-the-groundleadershipfortheChinesesalesteam.
He/shewillkeeptheGMofCompanyChinaabreastofopportunities,competitiveissues,andmarketconditions,anddrivetotalsalesandprofitgrowthbalancedagainstthenecessaryinvestmentstostrengthenafirstclassmarket-leadingbusinessorganization.
