Deliverthetechnicalservicedirectlytoenduserformainproductrange.ManageandsupportdistributorstodelivertechnicalserviceforotherbioMérieuxsystems.CollaboratewithOfficebaseApplicationsupportteamforproductcomplainthandling.Workasatechnicalconsultantwithcustomers.Organizeon-sitetrainingatcustomerssitewhenrequired.

Promoteandgrowthereagents/equipmentconsumptionofbioMérieuxproductrange.

AssistSalesfromatechnicalpointofviewinpre-salesprocess.

MAINACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.On-site/remotesupport:Provideprofessionalandin-timetechnicalsupporttoendusersensuringsmoothandappropriateuseofbioMérieuxproducts(includinginstallationtraining,3Q,troubleshooting,etc.)inresponsibleterritory.Providetechnicaladviceandassistancetosalesandmarketingactivitiesofinstrument(e.g.demonstration,exhibitions,tendering,workshop).Performlaboratorytesting(e.g.feasibilitystudycomplaintinvestigations);

2.Masterofproductlines:Havetheabilitytodotroubleshootingforproductrelatedapplication.Managetechnicaldatabaseandactasconsultantforresponsibleproductlines/application.Fluentcommunicationwithglobalcustomerserviceteam,deliveringtechnicalsuggestionstobothinternalandexternalcustomers.

3.Distributorservicemanagement:Keepclosecommunicationwithdistributorapplicationspecialist.Improveandmonitortheircompetencyandservicequality,ensuringthempassverification.

4.Reagentconsumptionandequipmentpromotion:WorkhandinhandwithSalesrepresentativetoachieveterritorysalestarget;DrivereagentsconsumptionofbioMérieuxproducts,bothmanualandautomatedsystems;Promotesuitableequipmentbasedonunderstandingofcustomer’sneedsandBMX’stotalsolution;

5.Keyaccountparticipation:ProactivelytakecareoftheKAcustomer,throughkeepingroutinecommunication,timelyfindingoutpotentialproblem.WorkcollaborativelywithKA/marketingteamtoincreasecustomersatisfaction.UpdatevisitinformationthroughCRMorothercommunicationtoolstimely.

KNOWLEDGE,LANGUAGEANDEXPERIENCE:

1.BachelordegreeorabovemajorinMicrobiology/BiologicalTechnologyorrelatedscience

2.TechnicalKnowledgeonatleast1or2rangesofproductorsystems,goodpracticeexperienceinFoodorPharmasolutions.

3.Minimum1years'microbiologylabexperienceinrelatedfunctionorindustry

4.Committedtocustomerandtoservicewithsenseofurgency.Senseofautonomyand(self-discipline)

5.GoodcommandofEnglishinbothwrittenandoral

6.Excellentworkingknowledgeofcomputers

7.Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskills
