DocumentaccuratelyandconciselythecareprovidedanditsoutcomeinbothHISsystemandmedicalrecord.
Carryoutinvestigationandtreatmentprescribedbythephysician
Communicateanddiscusspatient’sresponsetotreatmentandprogresswithphysicianandnursingcolleaguesassignedtopatient
Participateactivelyinphysician’sround.
Prepareandassistphysicianwithprocedures.
Collaborateandco-operatewithphysiciansandotherhealthcareprovidersinthesmoothdeliveryofpatientcareandservice.
Follow-uptoensurecontinuityofpatientcareandtreatmentplan.
Deliversafeandcompetentnursingcare.
Demonstrateclinicalskills,knowledgeandcriticalthinkinginthedeliveryofpatientcare.
Providepatient/familyinformationandeducationondiseaseprevention,processandrehabilitation.
