ThemainresponsibilityforthispositionistoensurethatpatientsreceivegreatcustomerservicefortheirexperienceatJiahui.Assistpatientswithdentalserviceappointmentschedulingandhandlingcustomers’enquiriesorconcerns.

ESSENTIALTASKS:

1.Identify,handleandresolvecustomerenquiriesintimeviaallmodesofcommunications,suchascalls,SMS,WeChat,emailandfax.

2.AccuratelyobtaincustomerinformationandinputintoHISsystems

3.Keepcustomerinformationconfidential.

4.Assistsclinics,doctorsandpatientsinchangingappointmentsinHIS.

5.Activateemergencymessageswithspeedandaccuracy.

6.Providedexcellentcustomerservice,solvepatientissues,andworktogetherwithotherclinic/hospitalstafftoensureagreatexperienceforthepatient.

7.Maintainagoodrelationshipwithcustomersandpatients

8.Provide7*12hourscustomerservicesaccordingtotheroster

9.Identifyareasforimprovementandparticipateinimprovementinitiatives.
