ICU护士长岗位职责

ICU护士长Inpatient&ICUHeadNurse上海阿特蒙医院有限公司上海阿特蒙医院有限公司关联公司JobResponsibilities/工作职责:

1、ResponsibleforthewholeroutinenursingworksinInpatient&ICU,andreporttoCNO;

2、Followupandsuperviseallinpatient&ICUdepartmentworksandassistthebasicnursingworktoensurethequalityofnursingcareinInpatient&ICU;

3、ParticipateineveryphaseofadministrationinInpatient&ICUandnursingdepartment,takechargeofthehiring、training、assessment、practice/training、nursingeducationandschedulingaboutwholenursesinInpatient&ICUdepartmentwithCNOandotherheadnurses;

4、EstablishandimprovestandardsandrelevantpoliciesofcareinInpatient&ICUwithothercollegues,andputitintopracticeproperlytoimprovethequalityofnursingwork;

5、MakeplanstocomplywiththeneedsofInpatient&ICUandmakecontributionstothedepartmentgrowth;

6、MaintaininstrumentandmedicalequipmentfunctioningandensureallnursesinInpatient&ICUdepartmentimplementsafetypracticeoneachnursingwork,andhavequickandefficientresponsetounusualissues;

7、BereadyforinpatientcareandensureInpatient&ICUiswellpreparedforpatientsatanytimetoensurethecarryingoutoftheoperations;

8、LeadnursestomeetthereasonablerequirementsofpatientsandtheirfamiliesasfaraspossibleandensurethattheInpatient&ICUdepartmentcanberecognizedbyhospitalizedpatients;

9、CompleteothertasksassignedbytheCNO.

Jobqualification/任职资格:

1、Bachelordegreeoraboveinnursingormanagementfield,licensingneeded--RegisterednurseinChina;

2、Morethan10yearsInpatient&ICUexperience,andmorethan5yearsInpatient&ICUmanagementexperience,workinathird-gradecomprehensivehospital/workaboard;

3、HaveskilledInpatient&ICUknowledgeandotherprofessionalknowledge,familiarwiththehospitalprocessandotherrelatedbusiness;

4、Strongcommunicationandcoordinationskills,organizationandleadershipskills,comprehensiveanalysisandjudgmentandcommunicationskills;

5、Withapplicationknowledgeofcomputersandotherofficeequipment;

6、UnderstandInpatient&ICUEnglishprofessionalknowledge,havegoodEnglishlistening,speaking,readingandwritingability;
