Providesday-to-daysupport,adviceandcounseltobusinessleaders.ManagersandunitHRoncomplexlabourandemployeerelations’mattersincludingcontractinterpretation,grievanceresolution,disciplinemanagementandotherrelatedlabourandemploymentmatters
ManageUnitemployeebenefitprogramsincludinginsurancerenewals,retirement/pensionmattersetc.
PartnerwithglobalteamandlocalHRTeam,manageemployeewellbeingprogramslocally.
Qualification
Bachelor’sDegreeorequivalent
Morethan10yearsHRexperienceswithconcentrationinER/LR,HRBPorHRGeneralist
KnowledgeofEmploymentandLaborRelationspractices
Experienceindiagnosing,isolating,andresolvingcomplexissuesandrecommendingandimplementingstrategiestoresolveproblems
Detail-oriented(especiallywithregardtoeffectivelymanagingemployeerelationsissuesandinvestigations)
Anopen,flexibleandsupportiveapproachtochangeandinnovation
Influenceleadershipskills,inanindirect,matrix-based,andvirtualenvironment
Influence,negotiationandconsultativeskills
