Deliverthetechnicalservicedirectlytoenduserformainproducts,manageandsupportdistributorstodelivertechnicalserviceforothersystems,beresponsibleforproductcomplainthandlingimplementation,workasatechnicalconsultantincommunicationwithcustomers.

PromoteandgrowthereagentsconsumptionofbioMerieuxproducts,manual(PPM,API,Etest…)andautomated(Vitek,BTA,MS,DVL,Vidas/miniVidas,Hain…)products.

AssistSalestechnicallyinpre-salespart.

2.主要职责/MAINACCOUNTABILITIES

1Provideexcellenttechnicalsupporttotheenduserstomakesuretheproperandsmoothusagesofbiomerieuxproductsaswellasdopre-salestosupportKAMeffort;

2Workcollaborativelywiththeteamtoachievetherevenue,wincustomersatisfaction;

3LeadbyKAmanager/RBMs/AreaSalesManagertoimplementandachievethegoalstheKAMprojects;

4DrivereagentsconsumptionofbioMerieuxproductsunderthescopeofKAM,bothmanualandautomatedsystemsthrough1stleveland2ndleveltechnicalsupportsincludingcustomerstrainings,troubleshooting,workshops,totalsolutionsandclinicalpromotions;

5Workaslevelonesupportforthedirectserviceinstrument,forexample,VITEKMS,PREVI-Isola,HAINsystem,andapplicationtraining,troubleshootingetc.;workasleveltwosupportforothersystems,includingbutnotlimitedtoanswertelephoneinquiriesperestablishedguidelinesanddocumentinlocaldatabase,consultwithnationalASetc.;

6Todelivertrainingcoursetointernalandexternalcustomers;

7Beinvolvedincustomercomplainthandlingprocess,includingbutnotlimitedtodirectanddriveinvestigativeprocess,reviewtestresults,requestfurtherinvestigations;implementcorporateFAaction,likeacknowledgetheFAevent,delivertheinformationandgetbackthefeedbackasrequestetc.;

8DocumentallcustomerinteractionsinCRM/Impactsystem;

9Performlaboratorytesting(e.g.surveys,complaintinvestigations,trainingmaterialprotocolpreparations);

9Answertelephoneinquiriesperestablishedguidelinesanddocumentinlocaldatabase.
