•DeveloptheR&Dteams,ensuringfunctionalexcellenceandoverallformulationdevelopmentexpertisewhilebuildingorganizationalcapabilities.

•Interfaceregularlywithcustomers,suppliers,internalfunctionsinbothLFAsiaManufacturingandLFBeautyUKandUSA.

•InconjunctionwithBusinessDevelopmentdepartmentsofLFBeautystrivetoachievenewBusinessopportunitiesthatwillenhanceboththeprofitabilityandreputationoftheManufacturingbusiness.

•Establish,maintainandstrengthenaclosebusinessrelationshipwithcustomers,keygovernmentagencies,andinternationalcompliancesbodies.

•EnsurefullcompliancewithallRegulatory&Industriallaws&operatingpracticespertinenttothecorrectoperationoftheR&Dfacility

•Shape,recruit,build,developandcoachtheR&Dteamsonallkeyaspectsofworkperformance,andwhereappropriaterecommenddevelopmentplanspromotionorfurtherimprovementinareasofpoorperformance.

•BachelordegreeorhigherinChemical,PharmaceuticalChemistry,Photochemistry,orBiotechnologyScience.

•Atleast10years’relevantexperienceinproductdevelopmentanddesigninbeautyandcosmeticindustry

•Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceinaseniormanagementrole.

•WorkingknowledgeofFDA,FormulationDesignandCriticalParameterManagement

•Knowledgeofcosmeticsformulation/rawmaterials,R&Dinstruments&equipment

•Wide-rangeandhand-onknowledgeoflocalandinternationalR&Dcompliances,includingEuropeanregulations,SFDAandGMPC.

•ExcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationsskillswithfluencyinwrittenandspokenEnglish
