-Operatesfromadeepunderstandingofthetotalsituation.Collaborateswithothercaregiverstochallengeandcoordinateinstitutionalresourcestomaximizeadvocacyforpatientandfamilycareinachievingthemosteffectiveoutcomes.

-Documentaccuratelyandconciselythecareprovidedanditsoutcome
-Carryoutinvestigationandtreatmentprescribedbythephysician
-Communicateanddiscusspatient’sresponsetotreatmentandprogresswithphysicianandnursingcolleaguesassignedtopatient.
-Prepareandassistphysicianwithprocedures.
-Collaborateandco-operatewithphysiciansandotherhealthcareprovidersinthesmoothdeliveryofpatientcareandservice.
-Follow-uptoensurecontinuityofpatientcareandtreatmentplan.
-Deliversafeandcompetentnursingcare.
-Demonstrateclinicalskills,knowledgeandcriticalthinkinginthedeliveryofpatientcare.
